It focal point this work assess effective waste This research designed investigate whether provision efficient transportation facilities, good storage facilities promulgation enabling legislation policies will impact positively Disconfirmation theory was adopted evaluating gap between perception expectation within framework conducted using primary data use questionnaire gathering information. Data analyzed outcome regression analysis ANNOVA showed calculated p 0.000 lower than 0.05 alpha levels importance. reveals there relationship derivable benefits produce.
